How do mail order companies ship their goods??? Maybe I missed the plot somewhere in life, but running a small mail order business is turning out to be a lot of hassle. Which shipping/postal companies are used, how are costs of individual shipments kept down and so on. I mean City Link have a great service but the shipping costs me more than the product did which is pointless. Royal Mail has a fullfillment problem in that only half the goods ever decide to arrive with customers, Parcel Force are way off the richter scale, DHL and FedEx are smoking something terrible... I AM LOST!!! I guess the big guns like Amazone bully companies into cheap prices due to volume, but if I only have 10-20 parcels per day what can I do?? Please I really need some help on this. Thank you
