RE: Marketing Partner Required

Hi,
I'm confused. You say that you have developed a "mass market" product and then say that you are setting up a company to develop a "niche market". Why are you planning to use a mass market product to pioneer a niche market? Am I miss something here?
Also could you please tell us more about the USPs (unique selling points) of your product? It would also help what you are willing to offer your marketing partner in return for their hard work.
Regards,
Joel
PS: I hope you have patented your ideas/product already.

Joel, thanks for your reply and questions.
Allow me to clarify my position: the technology I have developed has a very broad scope of uses in the mass catering (and other) markets; too broad, infact, for a single operation to handle. That's why I propose to concentrate on a niche market within the mass market. For example, both paper disposable cups and plastic disposable cups would be concidered mass market products, but it would be very difficult for a Start-up company to bring both to market simultaneously - and I propose to concetrate on just one of them ie. a niche market within the mass market. Make sense???
I am a little guarded (rightly or wrongly) about giving too much info. away about USPs at this early stage. What I can say is this: the technology is unique and I have not seen anything like it before. Although it will be more expensive than current products, it has real benefits to the end user as well as the provider. More will become clear once I know a little more about the interested parties.
What I am offering is a real opportunity to be involved in a project that will make a difference in peoples everyday lives. No, it's not charity work, but if money is your sole motivation then, quite frankly, I'm not interested in hearing from you. I'm not saying money isn't important, just that it's not the driving force behind what I am striving to do. The person or company who will want to work with me will know this.
Yes, patents have been secured (although in hind-sight this isn't always the best thing to do. If anyone wants to know why, feel free to email me.)
Joel, hope this helps. Judging from your website and profile you obviously know about the business. If you are interested, or if you know of anyone who may be interested please get in touch. info@prospect.vispa.com
