Did anyone watch the above this evening (Wed)? I did, and even though I have nothing to do with catering whatsoever, I found it very inspirational. You can say what you like about Gordon Ramsey (swearing etc) but I respect him, because he is so passionate about what he does. You can sense that only one thing matters to him, and all of us should have that sort of quality within us. He basically turned a business around, from the ground up, just by changing the contents of the menu. Anyone else got any views? Richard
