Fresh Vegitables, Fruts, Packaging and a business plan

In few words..

Fresh vegeitable collection, processing, transportation and may be retailing. The difference is in the time ,place and the customers.

I have done most of the research on costs, market analysis etc,. but its incomplete without the right people who have knowladge on the above industry. So I need some one to fill that gap.

Once we fill that gap, will complate the business plan and try to get some funding to take it off..

I'm still unclear - i know what you are saying, but what is your USP going to be? Why will the vegetables you collect & prepare be any different to the ones I bought at Asda today? And without wanting to throw cold water on things, you don't sound like you have any experience in this particular industry - walking into a particular market sector blind can prove costly.

Thanks for the reply. I totaly agree with you, Thats why I need some one from the industry to build the idea with me.  (Actually i am confident even ASDA wuld consider funding my business proposal-No harm dreaming right ?). As I said Time and Place is the differrence,but I am sorry  I cannot describe too much for obvious reasons.

 Without the right industry knowladge I will not be able to generate the perfect business plan. I have developed the concept and done some decent amount of research on the area. but I have no experience in the industry. If there is some one from the industry, that has the knowladge, expertise and contacts I would love to work with him/her or the company.
