This is something we are considering in the near future. It does look much better if a design firm can offer more services and have a mark-up on hosting. One of our main concerns is how we'd integrate something like this into our own website? Can you post any further details on the logistics and how it all works? Are your servers reliable in terms of uptime etc?
Cheers, David

Hi Dave,
Integration into your site is very straightforward. You would need to construct a small area where you would introduce your hosting plans, what you offer and how you support it etc...
HELM incorporates an autosignup form that you can work into your design very easily. It takes payment there and then through your chosen processor be it WorldPay, Nochex, PayPal, etc. and then sets the account up for the customer using your own predfined plans.
You get to decide how much or little you want to give to your clients. The control panel then takes over as it will bill your clients, inform them if they go over their resources, etc. Best thing to do is have a look at the demo of the panel here:
http://www.openmindhosting.co.uk/hosting-control-panel.cfm
Also take a look at the reseller and user guides which you can download here:

Our servers are located in the Planet data centre in the US and we are also purchasing servers in the Interbus data centre in Canary Wharf, London this month. Over the last 18 months we have had about 15 minutes of planned downtime whilst we upgraded some hardware and zero unplanned downtime. Have a read through the testimonials for a slightly more unbiased opion though!
Finally do give me a call on 0845 351 0413 if you have any questions or need more info...

Presumably you mean Interhouse (1, 2 or 3 all in Docklands, London) formerly known as Redbus ? Will the UK based hosting be at the same prices as the US based hosting ?

Apoligies for the confusion. The data centre is Redbus London Interhouse "Meridian Gate". The hosting prices for the reseller accounts are all in pounds sterling so are not affected by exchange rates.
For shared accounts, the costs are as advertised on our site. Even though our expenses will actually go up by securing extra servers in the UK, we do not have plans to increase our package costs as this would then discrimate against our users dependent on where they were hosted...
