I'm new to the forum - so hi


Right... I've found my dream domain name and its availiable in .co.uk - lets call it joesnails.co.uk. This is the name that I always wanted!!!!

Anyway, I've checked out the .com version which is already registered... hmmm, maybe a wee problem... joesnails.com also does nails in USA. She has been based in London, Stockholm and now Hollywood.

The fact that I'm asking means I probably know the answer but can I legally trade in the uk only under this name or is there somekind of infringement here coz it could look like i'm trying to steal her UK clients. I want to work hard to build my business - so don't want to come across a problem in years to come and have to change my trading name!

Please help !!!
