Hi

My partner and I are both in full-time employmemt but have started a limited company (working form home).

I earn about 40K and my partner earns about 30K from our full-time jobs.

Can anyone advise of the best way to withdraw money from the company? I'm unsure how much tax to pay and what benefits you are legally allowed.

Do I get caught by IR35? I have only one client at the moment but work form home and have never been employed bu them before?
