Over the past two years I have developed an easy to use content management system which lets you easily update and create web pages online. I am currently subcontracting my web design and hosting to third partys so I only really need to provide support for the product and administration.

I am charging an upfront web design fee which has profit potental and a montly fee. The monthly fee is mainly profit and thus I only need 100 customers to bring in £30K per annum.

I currently have three customers but am not sure how to progress the business further as I am not very good at sales and marketing. Since I am a software developer I wish to develop other products.

Hence I am putting the business on the market. It is most likely to be of interest to web design and hosting companies that lack this kind of functionality.
