Hi there
I would recommend going to your local business enterprise agency and speaking with them. They should be able to provide you with copies of business plans as well as giving you advise on funding etc. If you are 25 or under they will also be able to put you forward for funding from the Princes Youth Business Trust. Hope this helps.

who is thi business plan for? Most business plans are also never met due to lack of sales so after you have done your costs try adding in the following:
Target marget user profile
USP's
Creating comfort factor
Part closes
Then try to work out:
Cost per lead + cost per meeting (how much you get paid per day ( salary/ 12 x 1.5 / 2 is a goodish guide) x expected closer rate (3:1 or lower is good for an SME) = aprox cost of sale
Banks like business plans that show COS + Cost of delivery ( how much it cost you to provide the service) + Target market user profile and how you will get the leads in the first place. This shows that you have an idea of who you can get business from, how you will win the business and how much it costs to do so.
This also is very useful for you and becuase it shows you roughly how many sales it will take per month to cover your other costs i.e. office, phone etc.
Sorry this is basic but I hope it is of some help.
Good luck

Hi there
if you check out this link it should help;http://www.nfea.com/index.htm?page=find_lea/west_midlands.htm
i'm based in Scotland myself and the agencies are slightly different I believe from those in England but they should still be able to provide you with the same services. Perhaps others on the forum can advise. Hope this helps anyway
