What do you think of online company formation agents, I am thinking of using one for a quick and hassle free setup for my limited company. Has any one had any experience with one?
The one I have been looking at so far is:

I used
www.quickformations.co.uk (I think that's it).
Really easy, really quick and really simple.
I would only pay for the £39.99 option though as what you get for the more expensive options isn't really worth it.

Thy are all much of a much ness, although you should look for new companies being formed rather than ones that use "off the shelf" companies with a name change as this can cause unnecessary problems when people ask about the previous directors and previous names.
I personally use direct formations.

In general you should be paying around the £40 mark for formation; most of the basic packages are fine - the more expensive ones come with things you probably don’t need.
More critically you need to make sure you know how you are going to structure you business, and how to run it when you have got it set up. The actual formation is the easy bit.
If you need any help with this, please let me know.
