I'm in the process of developing a website for first time buyers.
Its still in its early stages, but i'd welcome any posters onto the forums, (and can offer specialist residential lettings advice!)
I'm hoping to have one of the most comprehensive directory of estate / letting agents in the UK.
Any thoughts / comments gratefully received.

Your website is a good start. How much of it did you buy in and how much of it have you done yourself?
I am looking to set up something similar (not for first time buyers) what pitfalls have you come across so far? Is there much competition in your arena?
