Hello Everyone,
I might be sound silly because I read few topics on this subject before but I am still stuck when it comes to the following...
I am setting up an online shop, the website is being constructed at the moment. I am planning to register myself as a Ltd. company to give my business a truly professional look and feel. Registering a company is a matter of few hours in most cases but what worries me is buying a stock. I have found couple of manufacturers in USA as I wanted to buy my stock directly from them. I sent an inquiry to both of them. They haven't replied me yet but maybe it's too early to worry...When I wrote to them I mentioned that I am in the process of setting up a company now...But what happens if I go out there and register my company, let's say today and then write to them again? Will it give me better credentials? On the other side, if I do it does it mean I face certain expenses from the day one even though it might take me a while before I hear from the potential suppliers, draw up contracts, order stock, get stock in UK etc. I mean once I am registered but not trading as yet what are the implications? What position I am in? What will be the right thing to do? Please help as the work on the website is nearly done. Many thanks in advance...
