Hello,
I posted in this forum yesterday evening but its disappeared
(sys mod if i'm doing something wrong please let me know).
I am a degree qualified experienced systems administrator and software developer (java c# php etc). I have been in business
in suffolk since october providing pc support and web site design
and implementation I have also been working on a software product
which i hope to market via the internet.
I find being in business by myself a rather lonely occupation and
feel i would do better in a business partnership with one or more
people.
I am looking to find a business partner(s) who can add value to my
own skills and someone i can share ideas and descision making with.
I am particularly keen on developing an online products or services
as i see this as being more profitable than selling my time directly.
If you are intested my website is http://www.docfixit.co.uk and
my email address is contact@docfixit.co.uk or you can just post in
this forum.
If this is the wrong place to look and you know somewhere better
please let me know.
thanks
richard pearson

Hi Doc!
I wonder if the highrankings forum may offer a better opportunity for you to market yourself - it's more of a technical place to hang out. Visit www.highrankings.com
Good luck

I felt very isolated too when I was a sole trader spending most of my time at home working on the computer. The way I got round it slightly was to take on a part time job, just one day a week.
Another way could be to rent office space in a technology centre where there will be other such individuals as yourself who would be only too willing to help eachother out both socially and in your business lives, passing work to eachother if you receive enquires for work you are not involved with.

Hi Richard,
I'm looking around for 'virtual' partners at the moment.
We are working in a similar field.
Feel free to drop me a line if you are interested.
