I'm Luke, not really took the time to post on here I've always just read the posts and kept up to date but a question came to mind and I thought i'd share it with some people with the same interests.

Its linked with websites like ebay. When websites like ebay were starting out have you ever wondered how they did it. They must of started out with there first ten members and when a customer would search for a product they want they could obviously not find it and forget about the site. Also, they would not trust an unknown site they have found and look at ebay now; trusted and used by millions. I just wonder how these kinds of websites started and promoted themselves to a major used website.

Websites where people search for what they want and purchase it like ebay are good and some major companies have websites like this. I just wonder to myself how they started out with there first few amount of members.

What are your opinions?
