Ive just started with Fusion Media Networks, ADSL & SDSL for the business community. Ive been a member on startups for a while (as seanpearman). I just wondered if you could provide some constructive criticism on their website (www.fmn.uk.net) and improvements you would like to see if you were a customer of ours......e.g. scheduled updates to the network, FAQ's etc

I would also appreciate if you could tell me what made you choose your ISP? Uncapped bandwidth, no fair usage policy, allocated bandwidth, service, support, low downtime etc.
