Stupid question but I have to ask

Sorry if this is a silly question but I have searches and searches and cant find the answer.
Can someone please tell me how to remove threads from your profile that you no long want to track, without turning off email tracking.

If you look at the forum thread that you posted (maybe the first post in the thread) there is a tick box called email me when people reply, i think that you just untick that.
