Our next event has now been arranged for 6pm on the last Wednesday of the month (as always) – the 27th.
Andy Szebeni is a founder and Director of Sales training and telemarketing group, A&P. Some of you may remember Andy from March of last year when he gave us a talk on identifying USPs. Everyone thought he was great last time so we’ve invited him back for another talk.
This time he’ll be talking to us about “reluctance to dial”.
Do you find it difficult sometimes to make those calls that might win you new business? Well you are not alone! We will examine how we as individuals handle rejection and ways that we can use to keep up our motivation. We will look at ways to make sense of our "limiting beliefs" that hold us back and look at specific techniques to help us get more success when we call prospective customers. The presentation will reveal some simple but effective ways to become a black belt in telephone marketing
As usual, the event is free of charge and refreshments are kindly being provided by our host and sponsor, DLA Piper.
As well as Andys talk, you’ll also have the opportunity to meet with and talk to other people running or starting small businesses.
Please book your place online at www.trustnetworkers.com/upcomingevents.asp - you are welcome to bring non-members and/or colleagues with you, but please ask them to register and book online too.
After Aprils event a lot of people said they’d spoken to people they wanted to keep in touch with but hadn’t got a card. I was asked for the contact details but because of the Data Protection Act, I couldn’t give them out. Now, when you book your place there is a box you can tick which will allow me to include your details on a list of all attendees that will be handed out on the evening.
I hope to see some of you on the 27th
