Hi Robert, After looking at your site I am seriously considering ordering an 0870 number but I have one quick question. Your sites says 'On an 0870 number you will earn 1p per minute from every call you receive during business hours - every week, every month, every year!.' What happens if I get calls outside of business hours? Do I have to pay for the call? Hi Mark There are many companies offering 0870 numbers (ourselves included), what I would recommend is to shop around for the best deal for you. We've had resellers that have come and gone so do make sure that there's safeguards in place should the reseller stop providing the service. The main thing is go for a provider that provides numbers as the main part of their business, the resellers we had that have come and gone added the 0870 services to their existing business. Once the reseller realised the work involved in the accounting side or costs of a decent billing engine they no longer see the appeal. Luckily for our resellers we are happy to carry on the account for them resulting in no loss of service to the end user. Good luck with the searching!

If you receive a call outside of these hours it costs you nothing but, of course, you don't earn from those calls.
