£500 is tight to start a business so you will have to accept it is going to start small and grow slowly I think. I know absolutely zilch about the aviation enthusiast market but a couple of ideas do spring to mind.
How about:
- source some kind of aviation based gift and sell through eBay plus attend the air-shows and sell on a stand. That should be enough to get you started and build up enough money to purchase a wider product range.
- design a t-shirt that would appeal to aviation fans and get a bunch printed. Again, sell through ebay and through a stand at air shows. With your budget you shoudl have enough to book a stand and get about 50 t-shirts printed for about £5-£6 each. Sell for £12-£15 a pop and then buy some more. I have no idea what design woudl appeal but something along the lines of the technical spec of a special plane or somethgn maybe?

We'll be ready to launch our concept in a couple of months' time. Our goal is to allow aspiring entrepreneurs to start up in business at no cost and with no risk - working from home for as much or as little time as you wish. Surprisingly, the toughest part is to convince people that this can be done ethically and without involving some type of questionable "scheme". Nearer the time, I shall post a message explaining the details. I don't know whether this would fit your timeframe.
