Just posted this to the Startup topic but was reccomended to post it here - any thoughts?
I have a good friend in the US who like me is about to be made redundent. We have often talked about starting our own intenational consultancy and are now putting together the necessary business plan to make it happen. However we are both somewhat ignorant of the laws governing an international partnership and would welcome any thoughts or advice folk on the forum may have.
