Hello all,
Could anybody please give me a ballpark figure I'd be likely to be charged by a solicitor to draft up Terms, conditions, disclaimers, etc, for an Internet dating agency?
I know I can purchase some on line (if I knew which ones i'd require),ready made and costing around £20 -£40 each or £100 for packages, but I prefer to use a solicitor rather than guess which ones to buy.
Snag is that someone said a solicitor would charge up to about £1000.(gasp-gasp)
Regards.
Melders.

Find yourself a generic contract on www.w3c.org and change the details! You can also go to the law society on line and use their students forms, these are pretty simple ways to save your companies money and still keep your butt covered!

You can also talk to us, we offer qualified advice and agreement templates so you get the best of both worlds, one low price including agreement and advice. Using an online form only is a risk and many of the free forms do not include all the clauses you have need for and some do not offer current law.

PS.Just occured to me while reading the forum thread list....Have you any idea if I'd need some form of insurance when running an internet dating agency.
It'll be run from home via a PO box address.
