Anybody any experience of this area. Is it pie in the sky to expect solicitors etc to pay you to do their leg work. Is there any real money in it.
Bit of a deviation from my current business (see link) but any opportunities explored.
Regards, Mike

Quite a lot of solicitors use outsourced search agents for this but you would need a lot of clients to make it pay and also some demonstratable knowledge of the search process and land law. It is not a job we use the trainee solciitors for as the penalties for getting sued for incorrect information is high so only the experienced get to do it.

Start by checking what your local authority charges and how long they take.
You may find that they are inexpensive and reasonably quick, if this is the case, you wouldn`t find many takers in your area.
