I keep getting some regular credit card transactions flagged for possible fraud. One is a regular payment to Microsoft of all people. How stupid! I have been making this payment for 2 years now, several times per month and it still gets flagged for fraud. Same thing happens on other regular payments I have.
Is there any way to stop these being flagged for fraud? Many of these are for advertising accounts and so I lose business due to stop/start advertising. It is making me very angry indeed.
Thanks,
Jon

Have you contacted your bank/credit card provider?
If these are relatively new occurances the bank could have installed new fraud software which treats all sorts of things as fraud as it has nothing (no account hist, etc) to check against.
If it is a business card you may be able to whitelist payees.
Obviously something is wrong - if something is marked as fraud and you say it is ok then it shouldn't be marked again!
Assuming it is the bank/cc provider marking it as fraud and not the company due to address validation or something silly like that.
