Hi all, I m currently in the process of trying to start up my own letting agents company. I will bascially by managing residential property for landlords and taking a percentage of their rental income as my "cut". I have finance avilable but i just want a hand with a basic business plans, so any templates or other help wud be much appreciated. cheers
