Looking at the high street bank accounts for business, I find a personal account gives me a much better deal.
Is it not possible I can just get a bank account in my own name, accepting payments made to my sole trading company name also?
This would take the hassle out of changing banks etc. as my online banking is quite good with lloyds, I know my way around without fuss.
Thanks

You can use a personal account, although they will hit you for charges if they find out as you arnt supposed to do this.
My "best buy" for a micro bus where there are no borrowing requirements is the Abbey's "free banking forever".
No fees so long as you keep within the quite reasonable transaction limits. Its a postal/internet account which saves going into the branches too.
Worth a search on this topic as it comes up a lot.
