Hi all I'm new here, so hello ;-) I'm currently writing a business plan for the online retail business I will hopefully be starting soon. I'm trying to work out some rough figures for the plan, and have searched and searched for figures for similar businesses, but not had any luck so far. What I'm hoping to discover is a stab in the dark at the following: Hits per month Conversion to sale rate Average sale value And then maybe an idea of growth over time. Otherwise, I'm just going to be 'inventing' figures - which doesn't seem very scientific LoL! The business I'm looking into is the online sale of pet products. If anyone has any ideas as to where I could find this info, I'd be very grateful. Thanks! :-)
