Hi
I have been given a great opportunity from someone i know to have a chance with a commission based mobile phone business but i am after your opinions.

by the way - its not illegal, i don't do illegal and i have all the required paperwork to start it 'on the side'.

Basically, it works as you would expect. I 'sell' free contract phones (currently 3 network  only until it takes off - not my choice) and get a very good commission rate. I should be able to make anything from £300+ a week which is more than what i earn in my full time job now.
I know that i can do it myself as well as my full time job as i work shifts so therefore get quite a lot of time to myself.

What i am seriously thinking of doing is adversting for other people to work for me (ie: get their own clients by phone calls/visits) and i pay them a % of my own commission, say 20-25%
My partner feels that we should just do it together on our own.

I think that doing that will limit us to our area only, while hiring staff to work on commission only in their own time from outside our area could bring in much more money.

What are your thoughts on this?
does anyone run a similar business?
