A new business advice day is to provide access to training and support for SME’s based in West London.
The West London business open day, to be held on 0ctober 2, will include some of the biggest organisations in the country, from The Princes trust to the West London Enterprise Consortium.
The event, organised by local enterprise agency Harrow in Business and in association with Business Link for London, will be holding workshops to address social enterprise as well as eCommerce.
Admission is free to registered small companies, with seminars covering topics such as broadband profitability, women in business, environmental policy for small businesses and how retailers can combat crime.
A spokesman for the event, said, “Even large companies will benefit from some of the networking events and opportunities.
There are special items on the programme that will appeal to everyone from retailers and women to ethnic minority entrepreneurs and those involved with social enterprises such as charities or community groups.”
A ‘business clinic will also be set up to allow visitors to quiz experts about their specific business problems. You can also put your details on the ‘Business seeks business board’ and make contact with others who can help you find new clients, new suppliers, advertise jobs, or seek sponsorship.
The event runs from 9am to 5.30pm on Saturday 2 October at the Harrow Civic Centre.
