Hi guys maybe u can help me, i m non uk citizen (Chile), I would like to move to uk to start a small business of handicraft and be one of the links between europe and south america in travel and language course. I would like to know the restriction, and requeriments for non eu citizen.Which kind of permit i need, how i can get it and how big need to be the company, i mean in value.
i will really appreciate if u can give me advice.

Hi Rosa,
I can assist you by giving some ideas...
The permit you need is called the - Entrepreneur Visa
The entrepreneur visa category is for people wishing to come to the UK to start a business.
You need these guidelines to qualify:
Invest £200,000 in a new UK business.
Create full time employment for at least 2 EEA nationals
Work solely in the business
Have sufficient funds to accommodate and maintain yourself until the business is
profitable.
Have a controlling interest in the business.
Take a share of the business's liabilities
Be implementing a business plan that looks to be thorough and viable
