We are an asbestos surveying company based in Southampton, Hampshire, covering the whole South UK and Midlands.

We offer 10% commission on referals for surveys, sampling, project management, or samples posted to us for analysis.

If you are a chartered surveyor, estate agency, management company, demolition company, builder or tradesman then you should come into contact with other people and companies who require asbestos surveys or sample analysis. Refer them to us and you can earn 10% commission on the work.

When you join our commission scheme your details will be logged on our system. We always ask clients where they heard about us. If they heard about us from you then we log the commission on your file. Periodically you will be sent a commission summary from which you can invoice us. If you are worried that a client will not inform us where they heard about us, then you can email us details of each person or company you refer to us and this will be automatically logged on your file when they order.

If you are referring clients to us on a regular basis then the commission can be quite lucrative. Survey costs range from £200-300 for residential houses to£2000 for a large commercial property. You can see how 10% on a number of these referrals could soon add up! Despite these survey costs we are one of the most competitively priced surveying companies in the UK. The majority of clients who ask for a quote therefore put in orders.

We work professionally and efficiently, producing glossy, easy to follow survey reports. We are fully qualified and insured, and all samples are analysed by our affilite UKAS accredited laboratory.

If people do not need a full survey doing but need to know whether certain materials contain asbestos then we can sample specific materials. Alternatively, samples can be posted to us for anaysis at £20 per sample. If you refer a large company that needs samples analysed on an ongoing basis, then you'll be earning £2 per sample!
