Does anyone know whether I would have any copyright problems or other issues in sticking my own labels over the top of of existing food labels and then selling them on my site?

For example, for business events I would look to sell a pack of biscuits with my own label over the top with my client's business name and logo. The buyer will have a choice of which brand of biscuits they would like to purchase so I am not looking to pretend in anyway that my company produced the food and I would still keep the label on the back which has information from the producer.

Basically these will be promotional items.
