Thanks for this - I've had a look at the sites you suggested and feel this is a step too far for me at the moment. I am literally starting up and have a home office already established - I just need a system (or systems as the case may be) for managing my day to day book-keeping/accounts and somewhere to track customer contacts etc. I was thinking more along the lines of sage accounts & that sort of thing.
