As well as offering a highly efficient service at attractive rates, I also offer an out of hours service, working from 9am - 9pm 5 days per week.



SERVICES

This is a fully comprehensive service which includes

Sourcing candidates via internet job sites and C.V screening.

C.V formatting.

Advertisement writing and placement.

Telephone interviewing(usually competency based).

PRICING

Sourcing candidates via internet + C.V screening - 8.00 per hour

C.V formatting - 10.00 per hour

Advertisement Writing + placement - 12.00 per hour

Telephone Assessments - 12.00 per interview + telephone costs (to mobiles.

Generating vacancies - 12.00 per hour + telephone costs (to mobiles)

Headhunting candidates - 15.00 per hour + telephone costs (to mobiles)



COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Carol Thomas Independent Resourcing charges commission on candidates headhunted through this service that are successfully placed. Commission is based on the first year annual salary and is as follows:


8% - 0 - 9,999


12.5% - 10,000 - 24,999


15% - 25,000+





BENEFITS OF USING MY SERVICE

Work from a quiet office in my home. No interruptions, leaving me to fully concentrate on the task at hand.

Out out of hours' service. On average most offices close between 5.30-7.00pm. I work until 9pm, allowing candidates that can't be contacted or interviewed in the daytime to be contacted in the evening.

Highly competitive pricing with an attractive commission structure.

No retainer fees, a straightforward rate per hour or per task and low commission rates for candidates headhunted and successfully placed.

No office space taken, a virtual resourcer, easily contacted via phone or email.

Happy to attend meetings in person to discuss progress.

Freelancer - I'm paid for as long as you need me.
