RE: Contract of Employment

If you have been working for your employer post seeing that contract and recieving payment then some elements of the contract, signed by you or not, will be deemed to be in force. You should take specific legal advice on the whole contract from a lawyer local to you. We do not advise individuals on employment issues, just businesses.
The wide scope of the clause, as you have posted in here would seem to be unreasonable and as it would be for the employer to enforce those terms they would be in some difficulty as you are a part time employee. These sort of clauses are very difficult to enforce and would normally only be applicable to very senior employees accompanied by garden leave and exit payment provisions to be sustainable.
