Hi All

Hotmail has improved its service when you register a hotmail address account i.e fredblogs@hotmail.co.uk you can now set up an email sender address i.e info@mybusiness.com (.co.uk) now there is no need for POP3 boxes save your money doing it this way.

Please note though, to be able to do this you must first own a domain name. Then once you do go to email forwarding set up the email address, point it to your hotmail email address. then got to your hotmail email account click on "New" then click on "from" scroll down to "add an email address" then click on the "add an adress to send emails from.

Once you have done this you can then send emails from your domain address, therefore keeping your emails looking professional and also not costing a penny by buying POP3 boxes.

Hope this is of some help
