I think the feedback you will get re Business Link will vary widely depending on the area. Some have been really good, others have been average from accounts I've seen. I applied for funding to a company called One London through Business Link. Unfortunately I was not successful and did not receive any funds, but I did find my adviser at Business Link helpful. However, most of the work on the business plan had already been done as I also went to The Prince's Trust for funding which was approved, so my adviser at Business Link really didn't have to do very much! They are definitely worth speaking to and good luck.
