Hi Icwicks,
Dependant upon what you'd include in 'other' I would include:
Insurances (public liability)
Advertising (media, web etc)
No2 account, for contingencies such as taxes, NHI contributions, pension fund. This is not mandatory, but to save even £25.00 per week into this 'fund' gives you some savings and also shows banks and accountants that you've taken all steps to prepare for the future. It therefore adds credibility to your plan.
Cheers, Nigel

Hi
I take it that from home office rental you are including :
Electricity ( Based on the space you are using on your house and then calculated from your average bill )
Water
If you are including car mileage then you might also have to include the general wear and tear of the car. You will need to check on that.
Drawings -This is the money you will be paid from your business.
Hope it helps

Would Icwicks need public liability insurance if working from home? Will he/she be doing anything to endanger the public or public property through the course of business?
Kind regards
Claire

I have worked from home for many years. My three regular expenses are DSL and cellphone charges (which you have) and my fixed-line phone (which you did not include). I pay for an accountant once a year (at tax time). The accountant recently asked for a copy of my utility bills (heating and electricity); presumably, she believes I can write some of them off.

Thanks for all the answers. I have now looked into indemnity insurance and built it in.
