Well where to start been using this site for a while not posted much tho,

i'm 20 and my g/f is having our 1st and only child. cos i don't want anymore lol

well anyway my g/f is thinking of becoming a childminder and i wanted to know can she run a childminding service through a company?

or is it against some law? or regulation set out by the governing body (ofsted) i did look at it but i couldn't see anything about it.
