Hi, There's no legal reason I know of as to why you couldn't operate as a limited company. Many day nurseries do just that. I can't see why it would trouble Ofsted either. With a limited company you enjoy limited liability but I think you'd find this aspect of little use if there were ever to be any sort of negligence claim. There's other issues involved in setting up a limited co so read as much as you can and get some professional advice to make sure it's the right thing for your circumstances.
