LTD company

hi, just a quick query, is it possible to register a LTD company and not trade until your ready??? Sul

Yes, I t is possible to register a Limited company and not use it untill you are ready. You will need to send in a form each year stating that the company is dormant and I think you will still need to send the annual return stating shareholders etc and pay the £15 to companies house. Not a lot of admin to do though! Peterm
