Hi all,
a few weeks ago I had some extensive work done to the site and now the homepage has been completed. Could I ask for your first impressions if possible please. Would you stay and look around?
it is only on the test area at the moment www.cso.whitehatmedia.com
Thanks

The site has a very clean look to it, which is very good. However, there does appear to be some reditioning problems when viewing via Firefox (which approximately 10% of all net users now do!), so this would be worth checking out.
On your contact page, you state your business hours as 9am - 5pm. How about offering an answering service outside this time? People usually buy online because of convenience, so it mught help.
You don't have any information on the business, so perhaps an About Us section would instill more confidence in your visitors.

Thanks for the feedback guys! taken onboard. Have spent a lot of money recently so these changes will take some time.
An about us page is actually being written, along with a news page, which will give info about the latest products released.
Thanks again.

Looks good to me and fast loading, any special offers going for forum users?
Robert
Looking for a cheap web design package (personal use not business).
NB: I've just had a similar experience of being told one of the sites I manage didn't look right in firefox - what's worse is that when I got it W3C it still didnt look right in firefox! I have cracked how to do it now!
