I've recently joined a great Family run business with a very healthy out look with new business opportunities on the horizon.

The issue is and a I quote from the accountant to the MD " your running a very successful Electrical business with a great turn over like its a Tuck shop" . here's the ultimate issue- Its a family Business with Two outsiders , me being one of them and the other the sacked Book keeper. I've been brought on board to help turn around the day to day business of Warehouse Management / H&S and numerous other Managerial functions.

My Question for you all is;
Can anyone suggest a quality System to help with the following.
Order transactions / paperwork control solutions / stock control / Attendance and access control / Payroll, accountancy.......... so on a complete system with out breaking the bank, I was quoted today £11k + vat I'm not a happy bunny about that sort of spend. ROI is key to the growth of this company with is working in a vertical market place with very few competitors.
