Belvoir Lettings was founded in 1995 by Mike and Stephanie Goddard and the first franchise was launched in Elgin in June 1996; the company now has over 130 UK letting franchisees and is recognised as the fastest growing and arguably the largest specialist lettings Franchise Company in the UK.

Financial Details
£22,500 + VAT and working capital. Belvoir franchisees can enjoy excellent potential earnings, and indeed some have gone on to become millionaires. Many offices are turning over upwards of £500,000 a year and Belvoir as a franchise is growing 25% year on year.
