Hello all

I have started a new venture in the world of outdoor advertising based in Liverpool

I want to use a self employed sales person who can (with the help of telesales and under own steam) visit a customer and close a deal

What I am unsure about, is what to offer a sales person to do this kind of job.

I am sure the sales of the advertising space (10'x8') located on main roads will not be the hardest sell, especially as the rates will be very keen

I was thinking of commission only of between 15 & 25% of sale value. What rates are usual

Has anyone here used this kind of service, or can give guidance, that would be good
