Hi, We have just launched a new website targetting small businesses and startups.
The website is http://www.press1.co.uk. The site aims to give the user a user friendly way to handle your incoming phone calls and build yourself a phone menu (hence press1).
This service is most suitable for small business users who want a flexible way to handle incoming calls (or just want to seem like a bigger company). Press1 gives the flexibility to filter calls you don't want handle, direct calls to other people in the company, provide a single number where you are reachable (when you want), provide customers with basic information without answering the phone and enjoy the convenience of being able to change things whenever you like using the online phone menu manager.

I have had a look at your interactive demo -
When customers are on hold - can you get music on hold or perhaps where they are in the que or even a sales message whilst they are on hold

No there is no feature like this, there is no call hold. When a call comes in and the phone is busy there is an option to just play a message OR play a message and take a voicemail (which is delivered to a defined email address). The number called is never busy.
