This is just a small survey aimed at SME's and we are looking to mfind out what your average conversion rate it from a lead to a sale and how many meetings on averahe this takes.

At the moment my conversion rate is around 90%. This is probably skewed slightly as I am a fairly new business but I will be v. happy if this continues! Generally I deal over the phone or Internet so although not face to face meetings, two or three contacts would normally be needed to get the sale.
For the hosting side, the conversion rate is around 40-50% and it can take anything up to 10-15 emails if the client wants a specific hosting package or they are trying to force the price down! ;-)
