I am looking to rent an upper floor of an old warehouse in London SE1, North Southwark, to provide workstations for start up and micro businesses, business information resource, lounge area and business advice sessions, networking events etc. The floor has great light and views towards the London Eye and Canary Wharf.

However certain people have advised me that they think the location is too weak and that the project needs to be closer to London Bridge or Elephant and Castle.

Anyone know this area and have any views on this? Any feedback would be most appreciated.
