I am in the process of starting a new business and will very much appreciate your comments, suggestions and advice on my business concept.

The concept

I will have a database of all major drop shippers with their products, prices, terms on my site, interested client would then be able to register with my site to use their service; rather than deal with multiple drop shipper for different products I will be like the middle man, where by all orders/transactions for drop shipping are submitted on my site, my system then automatically pass on the request to the right drop shipper for fulfilment.

I also intend to provide API integration so that drop shipper client can automate their ordering system; orders taken on their web site, over the telephone or mail catalogue are automatically fulfilled through my service and they will have access to their; history, records, reports and all necessary business tools.

Charging;

I am thinking of charging either a monthly user fee of £5 for using the service or a flat fee per transaction processed (PAY AS YOU USE)

I am currently developing the system which is about 90% ready, your comments and suggestions would help me fine-tune the system.
