Viral, Word-of-mouth and press marketing assistance/advise for start-ups

I would like to start a dedicated blog or forum thread where start-ups (and hopefully experts) can assist in and suggest solutions for viral, word-of-mouth and press marketing.
I'm sure there are a lot of start-ups facing the same marketing problems and struggle to gain exposure. Can we possibly share our collective knowledge and skills (and network) to assist each other?

I've posted requesting advice for my start-up www.MyOrbital.com, but I'm sure I'm not the only one who will benefit significantly form viral/word-of-mouth marketing resources.

I'm prepared to start (contribute and maintain) a dedicated blog for this purpose if we can get enough contributors and start-ups to link and assist. I will also contribute with the suggestions, advice, links and network announcements/introductions for this purpose.
