Fancy getting into the fast lane with a new Supercar shared ownership company?

I am currently seeking one or two individuals to join me on a particularly interesting business proposal that is gently simmering away but needs to be brought to the boil!

I am looking for human dynamos who can fill the skills gaps in the plan in return for a share in the business. So where are the gaps?

Gap 1. Financial Guru. I need an individual who eats balance sheets and cash flow for breakfast, someone who can hold the financial reigns of the thrashing creature that is our business and ensure the books are perfectly warmed through but not cooked. In addition to the basics, the plan includes future franchising opportunities so you would need to know your stuff in this area too. A person who can say 'no' when needed and can share the passion for an adventure. There will be some big numbers, little margin for error and lots of adrenalin.

Gap 2. Operations / Customer Services Manager. A sweeping generalisation which means an individual that will be required to ensure customers are over the moon, we are all ecstatic and everything runs like a well oiled machine. A background in the car hire or related sectors would be a major advantage. I need someone to deal with customers who think they own the world and like to be treated accordingly. A person who already owns a portfolio of letters from delighted customers, family and friends and ones written by themselves (proof will not be required). A fired up individual with good ideas and great ways to make them happen.

Both roles need people for whom success is the motivator and being wealthy is a perk of being successful. If you are driven by money alone then we may not be entirely compatible.

Idea's and input will be a pre-requisite together with a solid business / employment background. I am open to explore opportunities and will consider all options.
