How do you run a retail shop online exactly?
Other than a bespoke application that manages both your online and offline activities, you will struggle to run your store.
In answer to the original question, I have worked with Torex (http://www.torexretail.com/) and found them to be very reliable.
Others I am aware of:

Depends on what you see as EPOS, I am assuming that what you are looking at is the the beep scan of an item for stock control and sale monitoring.
There are, as pointed out by the links on other replies any number fo solutions out there. Just one thing to note, if you plan a barcode scanner as part of the solution, keep a close eye on the hardware price if the software company doing the EPOS offers you the hardware as well. The pricing is often a bit excessive for what is commodity hardware that literally plugs in and operates.

Stephen,
We provide complete 'epos in a box' solutions, using leading hardware manufacturers, such as IBM and Fujitsu. The software allows you to create stock items via a fashion colour/fit matrix and is used by a variety of retailers from single till outfits to high-street multiples. All of which is backed up by a 7-day support desk.
Give me a call and we can have a chat about your requirements.
Jonathan
